Ice cream that’s healthy?! I think yes! This amazing ‘nice cream’ should fill all of those late night ice cream cravings. Dessert AND healthy?! I can’t think of anything better!
All you need for this recipe is a few ingredients that are interchangeable for anyone’s wants or needs. If you love fruit but want to change it up sometimes, this recipe is perfect for you! This is also the perfect summer treat on those hot days when ice cream is calling your name, but you don’t want to gain those extra pounds!
- 2 frozen bananas
- A handful of fresh/frozen raspberries
- A dash of non dairy milk
- In a blender or food processor, peel and add the bananas and raspberries.
- Add a splash of your favorite non dairy milk (I used coconut-almond milk) and blend!
- Enjoy your delicious and healthy treat! 🙂
If you want to save any, just put into a container and just pop in the freezer!
